Alice is a personal-safety companion — it rings you, stays on the line, shares your live location with the people you choose, and can escalate to your trusted contacts. It is not a monitored alarm, a medical-alert service, or a way to reach the police, ambulance, or fire services.

Alice depends on your phone, its battery and signal, and third-party carriers and networks, so it can fail exactly when you need it. Never rely on Alice as your only way of getting help in a life-threatening situation.
